Hello Roz,
We are sorry to know that you are unable to install AVG PC TuneUp. This error can occur if the windows installer is not running in your computer.
To check that the Windows Installer Service is running, please follow the steps below:
Click Start and type services.msc in the Search box
Click Services under the Programs heading
In the Services (Local) list, right click Windows Installer
Click Properties
In the Startup type drop-down list, check that the value is set to Manual
The Windows Installer Service is running if the Service Status entry is set to Running. If is is not running, please click on start and run the service.
After which you can install AVG PC TuneUp and see if that fix this issue.
