How is your mom sending e-mails? From web interface or from e-mail client such as MS Outlook or Mozilla Firefox? Could you please also send me screenshots http://avgclick.me/createascreenshot of related error messages?

The PC of Mom cannot transmit - email-share copies of news events-etc via the internet to my daughter - jcumin@hotmail.com (Jen & Marc Cumin-KRUITHOF)!  At other times, there is a prompt from ADMIN that requests my password so I enter it - to no avail!
