I was actually able to successfully do this prior to this email thread [about a week ago when I first set up my account]. It has only been when trying to access the ONE function: Increase Performance - Profile that I have begun to have problems.
Both times, as directed by this thread and the links contained in your responses, I have gotten to clicking on the AVG PC Tuneup program in my All Programs list. When I do that, as I indicated in a previous email. I get an error message from AVG:
Your full performance has expired. You've now only got basic free features including 1-Click Maintenance and Automatic Maintenance.
have found no way to take a screen shot so this text will have to do. Do I need to reload the program [which I've done a couple of times] or should I get remote help from AVG? I am able to follow directions and have faithfully used the links sent me with no resolution. Please help. Thank you.

I have now unistalled and installed AVG PC Tuneup three times and I still can't use the 'PC Performance' utility. Everything else is working fine. I click on 'PC Performance' and answer the three questions but cannot get the 'OKAY' to work. It is greyed out. I have tried several approaches with no success. Please don't ask me to uninstall and reinstall. I have done it enough times that something else is obviously wrong. Please help as I want full capability of this software!
I have three of the four utilities available and functioning on the Dashboard but when I try to use the Increase Performance - Profile option I am not able to get it to work. I answer all three of the questions but the "OK" remains greyed out. I successfully uninstalled AVG PC Tune up. I then reinstalled it, following the simple directions. It appeared to load properly. Then I followed the link to activate but when I clicked on the program, I got an error message: "Your full performance has expired". This, only days after paying for a 2-year subscription. Thank you for the guidance, Rajendra but I don't know how else to proceed here.

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately there is no error message. I simply cannot click on "OK" after answering the three questions under Increase Performance - Profile. The 'OK' is greyed out and I can't seem to get it to come up as an active option. All the other features on the Dashboard are working well. I have just paid for a two-year subscription and would like full functionality.

- Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
