I see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) product which is not a protection program.
TuneUp can only speed up your computer and not protect against viruses or threats.
If you have purchased the product unknowingly, you can claim refund of it and (contact us) for purchasing Internet Security for protecting your PC.

Last week I paid for the AVG plan to clean up my computer.  I was sent instructions on how to install it.  I followed the instructions and yet do not have the additional plan.  All I ever get is a request for more money.  Disappointing!
