PC tune up 1 Month trial

I took up the offer of one months trial of PC tune up on the 21/12/17 and have now been informed that the payment for a full year has already been taken from my account as from today. Why is this?

We will send you an email before the end of the trial period about the upcoming billing (including instructions how to cancel if you prefer). It seems that you had missed that email.

I see that you have already submitted a refund request for the auto renewal order. Our refund team will process it and get back to you via email with a confirmation.
