I get the same error message when I double click on AVG Turn Up icon or follow through to the rescue centre programme.
"RescueCentre.exe - Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because rtl120.pl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
 
When I upgrade it removes my previous programme and having restored to week before this to prevent pop up issue I have not got all the 2014 AVG progamme on my pc (as upgrade removed it?).
I get same error message when I try to download and re-install 2015?

Any other work rounds?

I wouldn't want either one, but if forced to choose I would go with TuneUp 2014:

I had to restore computer following windows installer pop up issue post 2015 upgrade.

Now I get the following if I try to re-install or use PC Tune Up?

Robert, For help on your issue please try removing AVG TuneUp using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe) then download & install latest version from the webpage (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/download) [Scroll Down].
AVG Guru
