We are sorry that you are encountering expiration message in your AVG Tune up and facing issue with it. It seems that you have installed AVG PC tune up trial version instead of AVG Tune up unlimited in AVG Ultimate program. So please try to uninstall AVG PC tune up via control panel and then activate AVG Ultimate using the steps provided in this link http://avgread.me/1HOjOxZ . AVG has been hounding me to take up PC Tune up. My free trial expired.
I finally clicked on to do this today and AVG system took me to buy AVG Ultimate and not Tune up. I assumed Ultimate covered tune up.
I have logged on to my account and logged out but PC Tune up is not active.
What is going on here please.
I was a product that works and people who can support me.
