I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. I request you to open AVG PC TuneUp > rescue center > undo > please restore all the AVG PC TuneUp changes. Reboot your computer once and check if your all applications are working fine.

I downloaded 30 day free trail of PC Tune Up on Windows 10. Immediatley after that I was unable to access any of my MS Office (2013) suite including outlook email. AVG said this was probably due to conflicting programmes running in the background. They said they could provide a technical, one time fix, for £58. The fact that I had no problem until I took this 'optimisation' product, was disregarded by AVG. Having no real chuice, I paid for the fix which required a complete Windows system recovery. Needless to say I will not be renewing with AVG when the time comes. Expensive free trial!

Having (for £58) managed to get back to where I was before downloading AVG PC Tune Up, I will not be touching anything to do with AVG until I disable it when the current Protection contract finishes next year.
