We are sorry that you were facing multiple issues with AVG PC tune up and now facing issue with AVG Zen in your PC. We would request you to remove previously installed AVG program traces from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security unlimited.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like Avast, Norton, Kaspersky or McAfee try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled them from your system, try to follow the steps mentioned below.

rotten pc tune up crashed my laptop end of dec and its still playing up
all AVG did was to re install the mongrel program lost all my apps my printer drivers gone
has anyone else had this problem
Now AVG ZEN has stopped working ZEN says it is embarrassing  and to get in touch with AVG
surport  , they have done enough damage so I will not go there

  1. Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
    4) Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
