However after i restarted the laptop all the problems were back…

i have followed the instructions but without sucsess.
I have run a repair on "AVG" on "AVG PC Tune up" and on "AVG Protection" after every repair i have rebooted the laptop and try to run PC Tune up but without result.
Also google crome and windows update are stol not working
