Evrey time I try to load PC tune up I receive failure to load and error code appears - Error code: 0xE001D01D.

As per our record, your AVG PC tuneup license already got expired on 16/2/2016.
The only active license that you have is for AVG internet Security and it expires on 7/12/2016.
