I'm sure that there is a continuing compatibility problem between PC Tune-Up and Windows 10. I had tried several times to update from Windows 7 to Windows 10, but each time the update process crashed part way into the "Install Features and Drivers" element of the install. The process terminated and reset to Windows 7, and dislayed an error message (C1900101-30018) . Following up on a suggestion on another user forum, I tried uninistalling PC Tune-Up. The Windows 10 update then ran successfully to completion, and I have since been able to re-install PC Tune-Up.
Not so much a Question, but an Observation for others!
