PC Tune up issues

Hi all,
I think it is clear by now there is an issue with the activation for PC Tuneup. i've had this issue for over a week (I have Ultimate and one day PC tune up randomly went to the free version for no reason) and still waiting for a fix. I can see this is a common problem on here, the trail version is on both our PC'S and it seems like alot of people are in the same boat. I've been contacted and had diagnostic logs taken from my PC and the senior team are reviewing them. hopefully there will be a fix out soon. I would like to point out I don't work for AVG, I just wanted other users to know this issue appears to be very common. we just have to wait :frowning:

Jack, In future please refrain from carrying out multiple topic postings regarding basically the same subject! You won't obtain an answer to your query any faster!. Also to keep everything together please try to keep the whole conversation in one question/thread to speed up any resolution.
