Pc tune up keeps telling me trial period is over even after I purchased it

Hello Earl. Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused but it seems you have not yet activated AVG PC Tune up with your paid license number. Please follow the steps below to activate your expired AVG PC Tune up.

Open AVG PC TuneUp from the Start menu, or by double-clicking it's icon in the lower-right corner of your screen.
In the expiration notice pop-up click "Enter Product key".
Enter your product key and full name, and then click Next to finish the activation.

It says to go to store to get product key but all I see there is ads…I need a tech to set this thing up or give me back my money…
