Pc tune up killed my laptop

Hi I managed finally to restore my laptop today. I have uninstalled VPN and tune up, can I get my subscriptions to both cancelled, I will keep full internet virus protection I will be getting a new laptop soon and will get tune up then

This isn't the expected behavior.
After which scan or function of PC TuneUp, who got the black screen?
Have you tried booting your PC into safe mode?
If not, try it as mentioned here and let us know the status.

I don't have the expertise to know what files should or should not be dleted, I trusted avg to know. My laptop after running the tune up was soooo slow, so tonight I did a system restore to a point before I installed and ran the tune up but after 3 hours! All I have is a black screen. What a nightmare.

Michael, we've canceled the automatic renewal for AVG TuneUp (30 day trial), AVG Secure VPN (60 day trial) and assure you will not be charged.
