Thank you for reaching us here with your concerns. We could see that your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited has been renewed on 12th July 2018 and it is valid until 1st Aug 2019. If you already have AVG PC TuneUp installed and working on your PC but receiving pop ups to purchase it on AVG Internet Security, please disable campaign pop ups in AVG settings.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu > Settings > General > Privacy. Then uncheck "Show offers for our other AVG products" and "Show offers for 3rd party products". Regarding the AVG PC TuneUp subscription not listed under "My Products" tab, please provide us with a screenshot of it. I have sent an email, please revert it with attaching the screenshot.
I purchased AVG PC Tune Up for 2 years in December 2017 but it doesn't show up in 'My Products' in my account. I saw another post that said the synch was now complete, but it hasn't worked for me. Also, my AVG protection is due for renewal and it suggests that I also purchase PC Tune Up even though I already have it. I tried to register the product and link to my account, but it says it's already registered. How can I get it to show up so I don't keep getting sales information for a product I already have?
