This is getting a bit out of hand it keeps popping up notifications and disturbing whatever else I am doing.

Is there any way to switch PC Tune UP off or do I need to uninstall it?

You can disable AVG PC TuneUp service or uninstall it.

When I try to run pc tune up I get the following error

 Following AVG processes failed:
- integrator.exe

Any ideas how to fix it?
