I have the same Problem, Uninstall TuneUP 2014 not possible and Install TuneUP 2015 not possible. The newest uninstall Tool with Reboot do nothing. Error 1612, 1603, C:\WINDOWS\Installer{A996C182-3724-4DF1-A4BC-66154FE57DFE}\Lang_de-DE.msi. Clientprozess-ID: 8304.
And Error 1714 in eventlogs.

For help on your issue please try remove AVG TuneUp using this tool and than install latest version form our web back.
