I have purchased some virus protection, and PC Tune-Up protection. My Virus protection is already downloaded, now I am tryingto download my PC Tune-Up protection.

I have paid for and installed PC Tune-up. It tells me it will expire today. If I try to register it I am asked for a serial number which I don't have. What is going on?
