Pc tune up registration

Have purchased pc tune up and activated it on my computer but can not register it  with AVG 
Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks for getting back yes have activated PC Tuneup and seems to be working fine but when I open the dash board there is amessage saying you only have so many days to register but when I try to register system says failed .Is the registration necessary and if so how can i overcome this problem.

I see from your record that you have already registered AVG PC TuneUp code on your AVG account.

Please reactivate AVG PC TuneUp on your computer and check if that fix this registration pop-up.

I have emailed you the new license number and the steps to activate AVG TuneUp.
