I have checked your account, I don't see any charges made on your account. I have sent you an email, please attach the proof of purchase/ the renewal email to check and assist further.
Received an email indicating my renewal had been processed to my card. Is this an annual renewal? When I log in to my account it states I am good until September 2018.
