Kindly wait for them to complete the scan and you can click on 'Fix & Clean' to resolve them. If you see the scan is frozen, please try to run repair installation of your AVG PC TuneUp.
To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:
Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG PC TuneUp in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.

Once I start Tune up, it scans well until Scan Start Up And Shut Down and continues scanning but will not stop or allow me to clean my computer. I have to Cancel to stop the scanning. What can I do?
