Pc tune up will not update

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

I have avg ultimate and everything works but pc tuneup will not update. I get this Error: Make sure that a connection to the Internet is established and that communication from AVG Update Wizard is not blocked, e.g. by a Firewall.

I checked your web site and did reinstall it but it still will not update.
