If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
It will not launch! I have uninstalled it using AVG's uninstaller and reinstalled it from AVG's website it launch's then but as soon as I close out of that initial session it will not launch. The only way I have fount to get it to launch is to reinstall it.
