We'd like to inform that automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp (60-day Trial) has been canceled and you will not be charged.

I am having difficulties trying to cancel my free trial of pc tuneup. 
any help would be appreciated

I have the same problem, there seems no way to cancel my trial  without contacting you directly.
Please may i cancel.
