When checking your account you have purchased AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) for 34.99 USD on 2018.7.10 and the same product was automatically renewed for 44.99 USD on a different email address (ju****@yahoo.com.hk). Please verify the email address on a different account to assist you further. Also let us know if you want one of the charge to be refunded.

My banker earlier told me that my visa had a transaction of USD$44.99,
then I received a note in my PC to renew my license by paying USD$34.99 and I followed the procedure to fill in the payment.
My question is will I be double charged ? Please explain.
