Hello. I literally just purchased and downloaded PC Tuneup less than an hour ago. The Maintenance function keeps crashing before it completes and takes me back to the Dashboard. Also if I click into the "Cleanup" tab, it will start analyzing then the entire PC Tuneup application crashes. It just shuts down.
This is not a very good first impression. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled the application with no change. I've also unselecteed the Google Chrome option in the Maintenace options settings per some of the posts in this forum. Can you please help me? Otherwise, I need to request a refund.
