PC Tuneup failed to activate after renewal

PC Tune up shows it has expired after renewal in June 2018. I have not been able to get AVG Zen to start from program Icon and the PC Tune up pop up box has "Your product key has expired!" Enter product key. I have signed in to my AVG Account and the renewal is shown and it talks about no product key is needed if you sign in to your AVG account, using AVG Zen.

What do I need to do to get AVG Zen program to work?
