When I try to launch I get the two error boxes, The one above and this one:
Error
The installation opf this AVG product is defective. Please install the AVG product again to correct the problem. (5)

Do I have to uninstall all AVG products an re-install because I think I have done this and it made no difference.

Has anyone had this error before? I have tried several times removing AVG from PC then reinstalling but keep getting the same error . The individual componernts of AVG TuneUp seem to work OK.

I get the error even after a fresh download address from AVG Support.

I apologize, I request you to please uninstall your AVG PC tune up using AVG remover tool and reinstall it. To download AVG PC tune up remover tool please follow the below steps.
1. Please click on the link http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe to download the AVG Remover tool.
2.Run the downloaded file, and then click Continue. Please note that your computer will be restarted.
3.Wait for the tool to restart your computer.
