Pc tuneup has killed Windows

Hello Stephen,
Let's work together to fix it.
Please restart your device in safe mode: https://support.avast.com/article/Restart-Windows-Safe-Mode and uninstall AVG PC Tuneup to check if that helps.
If AVG Tuneup causes this problem, the issue should get fixed by uninstalling it.

Hi,

When I booted my pc this morning I had a renewal notice for avg tuneup which I declined. I now have a black screen with the cursor flashing and every 5 minutes or so I get a path not found message flashing up but cannot do anything else. The task bar at the bottom keeps appearing and disappearing. Windows returns to this state every time I reboot.

I have a dual boot pc so can access my windows files, is there anything I can delete to stop this happening? Is there anything I can do from Windows to stop this?
