I would request you to download and run AVG Clear and AVG Remover tools to remove traces of AVG completely and reinstall AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.

Do you have other AVG program installed on your PC?
I have a message during installation of PC Tuneup relating to avgui.exe
The application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect…
Please advise if you have any ideas on what would cause this issue.
