PC TuneUp installation failed

Hi !

I tried to run AVG Remover. The following message came.

It's strange, because i still have AVG Internet security on my computer and that program works fine.
I had earlier PC TuneUp but it did not work properly, so i remove it from windows application management. Now PC TuneUp will not be installed at all.

Have you removed the traces of AVG using AVG clear and remover tool? Refer the below article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product  to run these tools which uninstall AVG along with the traces.

Reinstall AVG Ultimate as suggested here: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Ultimate and activate it using your email address & password.

PC Tuneup RE-installation fails all the time. How can i fix this ?
Error code is: (0xE001F90E: Execute operation failed.)


Mika, we appreciate your efforts on trying to resolve this issue. As the issue still persists even after using AVG Clear and remover tool, we have to escalate the case to our senior team to analyse the case and to resolve it.

We need to collect few AVG log files to analyse the case and to resolve it. I have sent you the email instructions on how to collect the diagnostic log files from AVG, please follow the email instructions and collect the log files and sent it to us.

AVG Remover will uninstall AVG PC Tuneup and old version of AVG 2016 or lower. We have to use AVG Clear tool to remove AVG Antivirus/ Internet Security of version 2017 & higher. 

Please click on "Run anyway" to continue with remover and check if the issue persists.
