Today I purchased AVG PCTuneUp. The payment went through immediately, the download was quick, but when I try to install I get an error message 0xe0060007 that I need to be connected to the Internet. Which I obviously am! I tried online chat support, after waiting a while was connected but then referred to Tech Support and told there are high volumes of customers wanting support. I've tried phoning the support number but have no idea how long I'd have to wait and the phone bill could be too much, so couldn't stay on that. Does anyone have a fix for this problem? Would appreciate suggestions.
