PC TuneUp problems installing

Today I purchased AVG PCTuneUp. The payment went through immediately, the download was quick, but when I try to install I get an error message 0xe0060007 that I need to be connected to the Internet. Which I obviously am! I tried online chat support, after waiting a while was connected but then referred to Tech Support and told there are high volumes of customers wanting support. I've tried phoning the support number but have no idea how long I'd have to wait and the phone bill could be too much, so couldn't stay on that. Does anyone have a fix for this problem? Would appreciate suggestions.

Thanks Alan. When I initially tried to post my question I got an error message indicating I didn't have the necessary authority to post, so I went back to see if I'd missed anything, and then to try again. I got the same result, so tried one more time then gave up. I'm mystified to see the post and get a response, as there was no indication anything had worked! The marvels of technology :wink:
I've heard back from AVG with the offer of remote Tech Support, but the connection is not working, they've said the volume of customer requests is high and keep trying.
