We just bought a years subscription to PC TuneUp. However, we purchased this because it said trial expires in 29 days at the bottom of my already bought PC TuneUp window. Now it makes sense that we did not have a trial version.
After installation my PC TuneUp install window hadn't asked me for the myAccount username and password; PC TuneUp still has the "trial expires in 29 days" message.
What do we do to restore PC TuneUp on one computer? The other computer uses AVG TuneUp and doesn't expire until October. Isn't it weird that PC TuneUp just changed into a trial version all of a sudden?
Do we need to provide our order number?
