Like a number of other users in this forum, I have renewed my subscription to PC Tuneup and received a confirmation of payment and a new licence code. The instructions say 'Open the AVG Program' then 'Open the Help' program and then click Reactivate'. However, there does not appear to be any Reactivate parameter on the Help screen; what I get is a recommendation to join a Zen network. Otherwise I receive reminders that I am no longer covered and should buy the product again. Can anyone help me please?
