As per our record, you bought the subscription for latest AVG Performance multidevice (1 year subscription) and it got expired on 9/9/2015. If you do not renew subscription you cannot make use of the features of the program. You have purchase the renewal to continue using the program.

Got an email for a special on PC Tuneup. The "fine print" states that the price is for a one year subscription. What happens to the software after the subscription period is up? Does it stop working? I really dislike subcription-ware and especially ransom-ware.
So the answer is that the software stops working?
I recently re-installed my OS with a Windows 10 upgrade and was considering putting AVGP on that new install. If that is the case I'm not sure that I will purchase if I'm forced to re-subscribe just to use the software every year.

It is quite logical that if you don't renew your license subscription you cannot make use of the program.
If you purchase the subscription then you can install it on the Windows 10.
Your old subscription already got expired on 9/9/2015 as mentioned before.
