Pc tuneup suddenly expires in 30 days

hi there,
ive had enough of this now. it is clearly a issue (just look at the support forum) I've waited all week no communications or anything at all despite the money ive paid. please dont tell me to wait for a few more working days, i just want my money back. ive subbmitted a refund request. ill go elsewhere. goodbye avg.

I have paid for AVG ultimate package but for some reason this afternoon both of my computers are telling me AVG pc tuneup will expire in 29 days even though my subscription is due for renewal next year but the antivirus component appears to be fine on both machines. i've tried everything but nothing is working. I've even tried the AVG removal tool and reinstalled ultimate but still no joy. I've spent all afternoon trying to fix this, i'm extremely tired and can't handle stress right now. is this a glitch or is this a general issue? sorry i'm so tired i can barely type. thanks in advance.

just wanted to give an update in case anyone else had this issue. thank you very much for the email I was able to get hold of technical support but they were as baffled as I was. they've escalated the case hopefully will hear something soon :) Thank you for your patience and help i'm very grateful!
