PC Tuneup with Zen

I have purchased a copy of the PC TuneUp suite on top of my AVG internet Security unlimited.  I am linked in to Zen with the same account as I purchased the product with but I can still only use the "One click maintenance" feature as it says my protection has expired.

I have tried downloading PC TuneUp but it says that it cannot install as it is incompatible with another AVG product.

Please advise what I need to do to get the PC TuneUp paid version on my PC within Zen, there is nowhere on the screen to enter an activation code.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please be informed that, if you have the Zen program installed and then try to install the AVG program that uses the license number for installation then you will get this incompatible message.
Could you please let us know whether you had the PC TuneUp installed first or the Zen program so that we can assist you better?

Craig, If applicable… For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi

To be honest, I cannot remember which was installed first.  If I had to guess I would probably have said AVG (but possibly not the Zen program).

If these are incompatible, why does the "Get Pro Now" link from Zen take me to the PC Tuneup page?!

We would request you to follow the instructions on the article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reinstall-AVG to reinstall all the traces of the AVG program and check whether it resolves the issue.
Please download and install the AVG PC TuneUp program first and continue with the installation of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription).
Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.
