PC Tuneup Won't accept my current and active product key

Russell, The AVG license number or product key consists of 6x5 upper-case letters. Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/1Jmbib9).

I get the message "The product key you have entered is incomplete.  Please check the key enetered for possible spaces."  The problem is, I copied and pasted the key.  there are no spaces.  How can I get my PC Tuneup to work?
