PC TuneUp Won't Work Since Renewal

Since my renewal at the start of the month I've been unable to access any of the features I pay for, and only have access to the free ones. I saw someone with the same problem and they were directed to https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-TuneUp to reactivate their subscription.

I've followed this, uninstalled and re-installed the application and my interface and layout is still the old layout with access to Zen. Even after connecting to my AVG account I'm still being told to buy the product I quite clearly already pay for. What gives?

Similar experience. Paid annual renewal for TuneUp Unlimited and now told free trial has finished so most functionality diabled. Zen also withdrawn. 2 promises from Tech Support to send email to reload programme not received. AVG clearly has ongoing reliability issues.
