PC won't allow me to install the new AVG Zen

Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.

I have purchased  AVG Zen today and paid the £49.99 via Paypal.  Upon trying to install the new suite I am getting an error coming up with regards to 'MFA'.  I have tried several times with no joy and even tried to reset my PC but it is not working.  I am thinking a virus on my PC may be stopping me from doing this.  AVG won't even run a scan for me to check.  Any ideas?

We have reinstalled Windows 10 and it seems to have gone through ok now.  Just got to put all my bookmarks back on.
