PC won't stay asleep or hibernate since last AVG update

Since the last AVG update, my PC will not stay asleep or hibernate.  When you set to sleep it does so for a minute or two, then wakes up and stays on.  I've turned on hybrid sleep and disabled wake apps to no avail.  Welcome any suggestions
