Pcaps for school were quarantined by scan, i NEED, but AVG home user interface no history menu

Hello Vernon,
We are really sorry to hear that, you can find the Quarantine under : AVG Zen -> Anti-Virus free (Internet Security if paid) -> Menu (At the top right corner) -> Quarantine. Also, please add the application to the exceptions list to get this resolved. click on the link to show how to add exceptions : http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields
Once you add the file path to exception, please Restore the file from Quarantine. Hope this helps. Thank you.

AVG AntiTrack is keeping me from going to any of my sites that I ordinarily go to. I have done all that could be within reach utilizing your guidance board to address the issue, more info [website removed] without any result. Possibly you fix this evening, or I will drop each of the three AVG items I'm as of now paying for, forever.

Click "Menu" and drop-down menu opens, the menu's second offering is "Quarantine",
Click "Quarantine" and window opens entitled "Quarantine x threats", with quarantined files listed,
each list contains (left to right) "check box", a 15 character "class", "path … file-name", "date"
3 buttons in bottom row of window: "select all", "close", and "delete"
