If you still do not see the cache and the cookies in the Maintenance Scan result, kindly provide the screenshot of it and also the Automatic Maintenance screen.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
It seems that several attempts to forward the email in question have failed. In the meantime, I sent the email again (hopefully this time correctly…).
Can you check whether your destination has been made?
I got this problem some time ago:if I go to menu settings and choose automatic maintenance it goes open but keeps running but nothing opens. So I can't tick what I want to remove when scanning.
When scanning, the contents of browser cache, permanent and other cookies, browsing and download history are not executed,
Several times I have removed (using various tools) and reinstalled,
Every time the problem seems to be solved... but after a restart of the computer the same problem arises over and over again... Solution?

Sorry my mistake forgot to "right" click…will do it now.
My computer was examined online by a technician and it was determined that a bug at AVG was at the root of the problem. That issue should be reportedly resolved at the next update (within three months) of dixit technical support.
My subscription was renewed for three months as compensation.
I just received an email from Avg asking me why I cancelled my subscription… not so… it was extended as indicated and is also clearly in my subscription details…
