I understand the inconvenience. Please go to control panel and uninstall AVG PC TuneUp. After uninstall, refer this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance to install AVG TuneUp Unlimited.

I have a subscription to AVG Ultimate which should include PCTuneup but when I try to use it, I am prompted to pay for a new subscription.
