PCTuneup Install failed on Windows 10 Machine

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know whether you've attempted to install AVG TuneUp by using the option 'Activate & install' that is available in AVG Internet Security.
Also, upon checking your account, we're unable to find AVG TuneUp subscription.
If you've purchased it using a different email address do provide it to us by replying to the email that has been sent to you.
Reason being, privacy concerns.
