Pdf preview in outlook 2013

Hello Greg,
I'm sorry to hear about this. In this case, I request you to undo the AVG PC TuneUp changes, please open AVG PC TuneUp > Rescue Center > Undo > look for disabled program > restore them. After that, please reboot your computer once and check if your pdf preview in outlook 2013 is working fine.

allowed speed up to "sleep" some programs and now cannot get pdf previews in outlook.
Have tried reactivating preview through the file,options, etc in outlook to no avail.
How can I reactivate this feature?
