Performance check?

How do I check that AVG is actually blocking attacks? The banner says I'm fully protected, but it seems not, because AVG says it's detected a tracker, but the question: is has it stopped the attempt to harm my PC, or was it actually in? I would like to see a counter, showing the number of repelled attacks.

AVG Internet Security detects threats and move the threat file to quarantine.
You can check the quarantine list for the threat files. Follow the below steps to access quarantine.
Open AVG Internet Security –> click Menu –> select Quarantine
If the file isn't in quarantine, then the program should have deleted the files. This action is based on the detection settings.
