Are you sure it is Performance component that is updating? Or is it the Protection component? Thank you.

AVG Performance pro says it has an update. It starts the process, look like its working, and in the end says that the update couldn't be installed. As a result, in the dashboard, it shows it "partially tuned up". How to fix?

I have AVG Zen. I re-installed it after the MS update to Windows 10. I have had the updating issue for about 6 months; about a month after the update.
